RETURN POLICY
Our policy regarding return is as follows: No eligibility for a Return is possible because its a reseller business, we encourage you to sell it to the customer, and goods once sold will not be taken back. Before handing over the product to the delivery partner, products are checked fully, for the quality etc. Please note that orders placed using a discount of more than 10% are not eligible for refund.
To make an exchange, you must reach us within 2 days from the date of product delivery. We can initiate an exchange request only if the product you received is damaged (Only torn, cut, or burnt). Please note that minor variations in color and patches (up to 10% to 15%) may occur due to variations in screen resolutions, and they will not be accepted as grounds for an exchange. Regarding size, a tolerance of 2.50 inch+/- will be considered within acceptable limits and will not be considered as a wrong size delivered.
To initiate an exchange request, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Shooting a video clip of the unboxing/unpacking of your order is mandatory.
Step 2: Take a picture of the shipping label.
Step 3: Capture a photo of the product you received.
Step 4: Send the video clip, picture of the shipping label, and product photo to us via everestindiamart@gmail.com.
It typically takes 7-10 days for the product to reach our warehouse, where it will undergo a quality check. Once the product passes the quality check, we will initiate the exchange. Please note that in exchange we can provide only the available size or product if the product is out of stock then the customer will get another product that is available in stock.
REFUND POLICY
Our policy regarding refunds is as follows: Please note that an order placed by applying an offer is not eligible for a refund for any reason because at that point we are selling it at the lowest price and it will be super affordable for the customer too and we cant bear return and refund costs.
