LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT. BY BREAKING THE PRODUCT SEAL, OPENING THE PACKAGING, RETAINING, OR UTILISING THIS DOMESTIC HEAT-PROOF APRON, YOU UNCONDITIONALLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY EVERY TERM, CONDITION, INDEMNITY, PRIVACY POLICY, RETURN POLICY AND LIABILITY EXCLUSION CONTAINED IN THIS DOCUMENT.
RETURN POLICY
Our policy regarding return is as follows: No eligibility for a Return is possible because its a reseller business, we encourage you to sell it to the customer, and goods once sold will not be taken back. Before handing over the product to the delivery partner, products are checked fully, for the quality etc. Please note that orders placed using a discount of more than 10% are not eligible for refund.
To make an exchange, you must reach us within 2 days from the date of product delivery. We can initiate an exchange request only if the product you received is damaged (Only torn, cut, or burnt). Please note that minor or major variations in design, pattern, model, colour and patches etc. (up to 10% to 15%) may occur due to variations in screen resolutions or due unavailability of the stocks, and they will not be accepted as grounds for an exchange. Regarding size, a tolerance of 2.50 inch+/- may occur, it will not be considered as a wrong size delivered.
To initiate an exchange request, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Shooting a video clip of the unboxing/unpacking in front of the delivery partner is mandatory.
Step 2: Take a picture of the shipping label.
Step 3: Capture a photo of the product you received.
Step 4: Send the video clip, picture of the shipping label, and product photo to us via customercare@everestindia.in.
It typically takes 7-10 days for the product to reach our warehouse, where it will undergo a quality check. Once the product passes the quality check, we will initiate the exchange. Please note that in exchange we can provide only the available size or product if the product is out of stock then the customer will get another product that is available in stock.

Velcro/snaps completely intact and aligned. Rejection Trigger (No Refund) Torn attachments due to aggressive pulling or force.
Packaging
Original box, safety warning card, and tags included. Rejection Trigger (No Refund) Missing original packaging or missing safety cards.
Legal Clause of Terms & Conditions:
"Conditional Return Policy: The Manufacturer reserves the sole right to refuse a return, refund, or warranty replacement if the product does not pass our physical quality inspection. Returns will be strictly rejected—and no refund issued—if the detachable thermal liner shows any signs of liquid exposure, washing, moisture damage, or improper storage, or if the outer apron shows signs of usage, cooking stains, or wear. Rejected items will only be shipped back to the consumer at the consumer's sole expense."
REFUND POLICY
Our policy regarding refunds is as follows: Please note that an order placed by applying an offer is not eligible for a refund for any reason because at that point we are selling it at the lowest price and it will be super affordable for the customer too and we cant bear return and refund costs.
